Hey, So My Son Is 13 Yrs Old And Has

Hey, so my son is 13 yrs old and has atrophic eardrums:( his entire life he's experienced ear infection after ear infection. It even got so bad that he got a fever of 104... that was a looooong ER visit. We didn't find out that his ears were collapsing until this past year. He's had 3 tubes placed, and the current ones (#3) are almost out. Dr says tubes may not help anymore but a bone graph might..... I'm terrified to ask her about any of this (stupid I know)... I don't know if it'll help or just cause him more pain and anguish
