Hey So My Testickes Have Been Hurting Like Mostly At

Hey so my testickes have been hurting like mostly at night not like hurting but the after affect of getting kicked in the balls and I also have a small red flat spot on my right side on the edge of my penis head foreskin and when I stretch it out I see red veins nothing is raised. Also I have white dots in a row under neath my head please help I'm stressing about the last thing I did was a girl gave me head. But she said she is clean? Also during the day the dull ache of my testicles is barely there makes me feel like it's going away but not sure.
