Hey, So Um This Is Embarrassing. But One Of My

Hey, so um this is embarrassing. But one of my vagina flaps (labia) has enlarged. And because I scratched it so much due to a yeast infection... it became red and swollen. Irritated. But my labia has thickened and enlarged ever since. Please help me with how to shrink it.
