Hey So When You Hit Puberty What Are The Hormones

Hey so when you hit puberty what are the hormones called that increase penis size ?I know that human growth hormone does. I heard that it doesn't specificly target penile growth by itself. Why check made me curious.. what is the chemical or hormone that is produced when when going through puberty that targets penile growth? and how come taking human growth hormone injections won't increase penile growth as an adult?
