Hey There, I Have A Question Concerning My Hair On

Hey there, i have a question concerning my hair on a place where i recieved stiches. Its has been about two years now, and i decided to grow my hair out, and ever sunce my hair has been growing out, but badly. The hair is growing out roughly and there are many stick out hairs at the back of my head. I think it may be the lack of bloodflow due to the stitches, but it is hard to tell exactly why. I also wanted to know any products i can use in my hair so it can get thin and fall. My hair is only down if i apply gel, otherwise it will get puffy, and there are many stick out hairs all over my head, which bothers me a lot. I wanted to know if there are any products to make my hair thinner in a way so it can fall, and i dont want to use gel to make it have a nice shine, so i wanted to know if there are any products to give it its natural shine. Lastly, any product or any approach i can make to get softer, less puffy, less stick out haired hair. I know its a lot, but it would mean the world to me if you can answer me. Thanks!
