Hey There, So I've Had The Flu Since Monday. So

Hey there, so I've had the flu since Monday. So 5 days now. Running high fever, nauseous, sore throat. I went to urgent care Wednesday and they prescribed me Tamiflu, and to take 4-6 advil every 8 hours for the fever. Yesterday and today I'm having lots of chest pain. Like acid reflux. I haven't eaten anything in 5 days because it's hard for me to keep anything down. (Vomiting has been a constint). Is this due to lack of substance in my stomach? Taking so much advil?
