Hey, This Is Embarrassing, But My Pens, Especially The Head

Hey, this is embarrassing, but my pens, especially the head is extremely dry. (my right hand is also very dry with a few very tiny pumps) it doesn't seem to matter what type of lotion I use... the dryness never goes away, and keeps getting worse. The head of my pens now is very dry, and flaky, losing all sensitivity, and it just feels awful. I'm very worried as to what it might be... but I know it can't be an STI. Maybe eczema?
