Hey....I've Been Having Eating Issue For Years Now Don't Know

Hey....I've been having eating issue for years now don't know what to call it....I've been eating plain sugar for years nows. I have know control anymore it's all I want and I go through a 5 pound bag in week. I don't know what to do anymore....I'm always tried and have headache constantly....what should I do to get help?
