Hey..My Bf And I Had Sex On 6 Jan Without

Hey..My bf and I had Sex on 6 Jan without any protection and I got my period on 15 Jan for 2 days which is normal. Till now I have not got my periods.I got 2 urine preg test 1 week back both were negative. I got an USG 2 days back which said Endometrium thickness 9.0 mm and No GSac seen. I am not feeling PMS symptoms.This month I have started gyming almost 3 hrs a day and I have a watery discharge. I am really stressed out and going for a blood Hcg test today. What do I do ? Am I preg ? Can it be ectopic ?
