Hi - 6 Months Back, I Had High Cholestrol Identified

Hi - 6 months back, I had High Cholestrol identified (Total = 227 and LDL=170, Triglycerides >200).
Since then I have modified my lifestyle as per my doctors advice. My Doctor also advised me to repeat the test once in evry 3-4 months. Off late, I have been feeling very weak and also frequently feeling anxious. One day my blood pressure reading also peaked to 135/100 with severe pain in my head after a couple of hard days work at office.
I am not sure it is because of the work pressure at office but I did a repeat of LipidProfile today. While my Total cholestrol, LDL and Triglycerides reading is ok but I found my HDL to be well below normal (32).
Is this something to worry about ? Should I do something to raise the HDL count ?My Blood Sugar Fasting report is also normal. Attaching the report.
