Hi - I Am 41 Healthy Female And Have A

Hi - I am 41 healthy female and have a warm flow pass through my left foot- just been the last few days. Is there something I should concerned about? The foot gets warm for a few seconds and then stops. I did notice that my calf/leg was quite tight tonight.
