Hi - I am blowing yellow goo out my nose, coughing throughout the day and at night (dry hack); have had a cold for about 10 days now. When do I move on to something stronger than the Mucinex sinus I was using? I feel better, just still tired and the goo thing is grossing me out - for the past 4 days I have switched to Claritin.
