Hi - I Have Some Swelling On The Outside Of

Hi - I have some swelling on the outside of my nose that my physician says is fluid beneath the skin related to spider veins that I also have. Is this swelling likely to resolve itself or get worse ? Should I get treatment to remove the spider veins and, if yes, will this resolve the swelling ? What treatment would you reccoemnd ?
