Hi - I Have The Nexplanon Birth Control In My

Hi - I have the Nexplanon birth control in my left arm and I want to get it removed but there's no way for me to be able to pay for it (I called Planned Parenthood and they wanted $300 which I don't have). At this point I'm wanting to remove it myself. What are the risks, and what other options do I have?
