Hi - I Really Don't Feel Well... Daily Headaches And

Hi - I really don't feel well... daily headaches and general malaise along with a twitching eye and mucosal dryness. An MRI showed enlarged lymph nodes (though they seem reactive), I have an above normal sedimentation rate, ANA positive (been positive before with 1:640 but now 1:80 with speckled & centromere pattern), and my CBC now shows NRBC Auto of 0.4 /100 WBC's when it's always been 0.0. I don't have a doctor's appointment until October. Is this an urgent matter or can it wait until I see my doctor in 2 mos? Thank you.
