Hi - I Received A Kenalog Injection Yesterday And Have

Hi - I received a Kenalog injection yesterday and have been feeling fine, however, it is about 24 hours into it and now my face is red and hot and my chest is a bit red (no hives or itching) could this be a side effect or is it too far past the shot for that?
