Hi – I took crystal meth last night when offered on impulse – never done it before – I had no idea what the side effects would be, but I feel awful, have a headache and can’t sleep – what do you recommend that I do to flush it out of the system or to feel better – please be aware I drank a lot of alcohol last night and I also take anti depressant medication
