Hi - I Was Diagnosed With Epididymous 2 Weeks Ago,

Hi - I was diagnosed with epididymous 2 weeks ago, went on doxycyclin for the last 2 weeks, and while the swelling decreased I am still in pain. Do I need to go back to the ER, or can it probably wait until next week when I have an appointment with a local urologist? The pain is uncomfortable but not unbearable, the testicle is red and senstiive, but no other symptoms. I am out of doxycycline.
