Hi - I'm A 46 Year Old Woman Who Has

Hi - I'm a 46 year old woman who has a semi large patch of redness on my throat. If I open my mouth widem I can see it above my tongue. There is red soreness going down my throat into my esophagus although I don't have the standard strep symptoms - high fever, chills, etc... I've have this for some time since a week ago Sunday. I was flying and notice what seemed to feel like a lump in my throat but I couldn't clear it then and the sensation finally went away. I have a picture that I can send. YYYY@YYYY .
