Hi - I've Been Experiencing A Very Sharp, Shooting Pain

Hi - I've been experiencing a very sharp, shooting pain in the back of my right leg. It only lasts a second so it's hard to pinpoint exactly where it starts but its around the back of the knee - down the calf. It feels like "nerve pain" as opposed to something muscular. It literally only lasts a second and it "shoots" down the back of my leg.
