Hi - My Mom Currently Takes Cardevilol For High Blood

Hi - My Mom currently takes Cardevilol for high blood pressure. She takes two 6.25 mg tablets daily. Unfortunately, she has dimentia and it's difficult for her to remember to take them twice a day - I see there's a time-release version that she can take once a day but I read on Drugs.com that patients that switch from the tablet to the time-release capsule experience dizziness/faintness so I'm worried about that. Can you recommend a different beta blocker that's similar to Cardevilol that she can take once a day?
