Hi - My Father Has A Hard Fluid Filled Reddened

Hi - My father has a hard fluid filled reddened circular area to his right gluteal fold. He originally thought it was a ingrown zit. It is rather red, very very warm to touch, and causing quite a bit of discomfort. I am wondering if it is a sebeacous cyst or cellulites.
