My 10yo son has been having terrible pain in his stomach (fist-sized region just north of navel) with nausea but no vomiting. He concurrently has a terrible headache either at his crown and back toward his neck, or at his crown and along the top of his head. These episodes last for hours and occur every day or two. His doctor has found nothing significant in his blood work or on physical exam. Any suggestions on what to look for or how to help him resolve this? Thanks, Marla
