Hi - After Having Progressivly Worsening Episodes Of Blurred Vision,

Hi - after having progressivly worsening episodes of blurred vision, dizziness, inability to walk and the last one with slurred speech, I had an MRI, CAT, ECG, ultrasound. Yesterday, my Neurologist told me I may have Fibromuscular Dysplasia and ordered more tests.

I've found a lot of info on possible complications, etc. but if it is NMD, is there anything I should consider about day-to-day choices? For example, is exercise okay, what kind, any dietary considerations. Also, if it's carotid, does this mean I'm going to have dimentia or other cognitive imparements as I age?
