Hi - my 19 year old son was diagnosed with mono a couple weeks ago. That same week he had extreme pain under his chest area, went to the ER and they determined he had kidney stones. It's been 2 weeks since then and he now has blood in his urine. He went to health services at his university and even though he told them about the kidney stones and that he is experiencing pain they tested him for chlamydia and gonorrhea!! How concerned should I be about the blood in the urine?
