Hi - My Baby Is 1 Year 15 Days Old

Hi - my baby is 1 year 15 days old and she is suffering from vomiting 2 days back and doctor pescribed emeset syrup to check vomiting,the same night she developped fever and I gave calpol syrup .the very next day as fever did not came down my doctor pescriberd Ibugesic 4 ml 3 times a day ,still fever is there.Today he pescribed Taxim-o 4 mil twice a day.She is having motion (not frequently) whitish in color as well.

Can you please help if this dignosis is heading in right directions ?
