Hi - Ng Story Short, Our Son (7 Yrs Old

Hi - ng story short, our son (7 yrs old and 50 lbs)experienced labored breathing, we took him to the ER, he was given an IV dose of steroid, 7 breathing treatments, 2 doses of antibiotics, 1 inhaler treatment and released after about 15 hours, we were instructed to pick up a prescription steroid and give him another dose. After the steroid dose, he went to bed, and within about 1.5 hrs he awoke with what we later learned to be a night terror, he had 2 with in about an hour period, we took he back to the ER and they admitted him for 24 hours for observation, he was scared to go to sleep and basically was fine after he was weaned from all the medication - since that day he has never experienced breathing problems not had he before - his pediatrician does not believe he has asthma or had an intermittent attack, believes it was probably caused by a respite you infection. However since being pumped with all the meds in such a short amount of time, he has now suffered from night terrors on a regular basis. He is very active, plays ice hockey 5 days a week and does Taekwando 2 times a week. In your opinion, could his night terrors be a direct result of the medication! Thanks in advance
