Hi - One Year Old Is Suffering Bad Tonsillitis And

Hi - one year old is suffering bad tonsillitis and is on antibiotics. She has been on the antibiotics two days and still has a fever of 39.3 which thankfully comes down each time we give her Panadol or Neurofen.
My main concern is her diarrhea which has gradually become worse. Other than maintaining fluids, is there anything we can do to help her loose movements?
