Hi- I Have Developed Over The Last Month A Severe

Hi- I have developed over the last month a severe stomach bloating and is becoming hard to swallow sometimes and feels like if I need to belch I can't and feels like a lump below my adams apple, then goes thru my intestinal tract with lots of gurgling and pressur until finally passed as gas
