Hi- I Have Had A C5-c7 Acdf 4 Years Ago

Hi- I have had a C5-c7 acdf 4 years ago and now am experiencing decrease grip strength and arm pain. My mri shows degenerate disk disease -spondylosis , moderate stenosis at c4-c5 and min to mild central/ paracentral disc protrusion with T2 hyperintensities. What is the typical course for this scenario? Likelihood of further surgery? Also if I do a medrol dose pack, how long before I can I do an epidural?
