Hi- I Have To Do Fasting Blood Labs. One Of

Hi- I have to do fasting blood labs. One of the tests is for my lithium level at 12h, so I know I should not take my morning dose, but I also take a thyroid medication in the morning. The lab work is NOT for a TSH or T4 level. Should I take my thyroid medication as normal or wait until after the draw to take it? Thank you.
