Hi- I Went To My ENT With Right Side Low

Hi-
I went to my ENT with right side low level tinitus, ear pressure and headaches. This was 3 weeks ago and they are still happening but now my left ear makes popping sounds as well. The headache is mostly on the right side of my face and the top of my head. An ear exam noted mixed hearing loss in the high frequencies in my right ear.
I had an MRI and the results are:
Partial opacification of a few of the bilateral mastoid air cells. Please correlate clinically
Nothing noted about my sinuses. Could this be causing the headaches and ear ringing and fullness?
