Hi- My Name Is Elizabeth. I Am A Runner, But

Hi- My name is Elizabeth. I am a runner, but I have injured my ankle somehow, but the doctors aren't sure what is wrong. My ankle injury has continued for a year and a half, but just recently I have been having back and hip pain. Today, my back pain has been terrible. It is so bad it is causing me to shake and be very uncomfortable. It hurts my back to take a deep breath, to sit, to walk, to stand, etc. I can feel my spine to the touch, and the slightest touch hurts my back. It feels as if someone is stabbing me constantly. The pain shoots up my spine and down into my legs. What do I need to do? I have tried icing and rest, and it is hard to rest due to pain. I plan to call my doctor in the morning. I am just in so much pain, and I feel like it isn't normal for a 22 year old athletically fit individual.
