Hi- My Son's Behavior Has Changed Since He Took Actuate

Hi- My son's behavior has changed since he took actuate 2 years ago... he snapped and developed rage against me because I did not encourage him to take it when he was a teenager with acne. He has some minimal scarring I can barely see but he claims it is severe scarring and it is mostly my fault because he trusted me when I said it was not a benign drug. Could the actuate caused his behavior to markedly change?
