Hi- We Just Got Home From A Month Long Vacation

Hi- we just got home from a month long vacation in the desert southwest. It was very very dry with temps well over 100 degrees. Since we've been back, I've had several nosebleeds which is pretty unusual for me. I just showered and it bled again in the shower. About 10 days before we left I started antibiotics for strep. Would that have an effect?
