Hi 1 Week Ago I Cut My Middle Finger On

Hi 1 week ago I cut my middle finger on the palm side on the crease. I went to the ER and the doctor didn't want to stitch because it had been 13 hours. I can't make a fist and my ring finger, middle finger and index finger are swollen. The pain is getting worse when I try and bend my finger myself. It's also numb on the tip and in the inside by my ring finger. I went to a hand doctor and he blew me off. Not sure what I should do next.
