Hi. 10 Days Ago A Small Round Spot Came Up

Hi. 10 days ago a small round spot came up on the right breast. The following day the spot got bigger in size and a rash was spread over the trunk and neck. I went to urgent care @ hospital and was diagnosed with skin infection. I was prescribed Fluoxacilline 500 mg and Cetraben. After 5 Days I went to GP and said I have scabies. My rash doesn't look like having scabies, but this was his decision. My husband doesn't have any rash and we share the same bed, nor my son or my nephews as we live all together. The rash wasn't so itch but scaring because I've never had any of the skin condition. After , I applied the Malathion Emulsion, the rashes got dried and the skin seems to peel off. My concern is that Scabies is the wrong diagnose and possible to have a pityriasis rosea. I would like to know your opinion, please
