Hi ! 1.5 Weeks Ago I Got My 4wd Stranded

Hi ! 1.5 weeks ago I got my 4wd stranded in middle of river ,stopped and flooded, probably going to be written off very upset , 3 days ago had blood test, after a bout of shivering for 3 hrs, and orange color in my urine, liver was 140 , urine test ok, I am 78 yr old, thanks for any info, cheers Clarrie Wright in NZ? Could it be delayed shock ?
