2-3 years ago I had a very large benign cyst removed from my ovary.
I have not been on contraception over the past 4 years. Before this I used to take Cerelle/cerazette (mini pill)
Since my operation, I suffer with pelvic pain before my period and during.
I also suffer with pain during intercourse and I have had a pelvic scan that showed some small fibroids on my ovaries.
I'm thinking about starting the combined pill (microgynon) however I wonder if this will help with the pain I feel during sex, periods and ovulation?
What do you suggest?
