Hi, 2 Week Back I Went Through Diagnosis ,VDRL Was

Hi, 2 week back i went through diagnosis ,VDRL was 1:16 and TPHA was 2056 after 10 days of taking doxycycline tablet , now VDRL result is non reactive and HIV also negative , is it curable ?? Or I need to take note treatment ??? Or it is same as HIV ??
