Hi 2 Weeks Ago Severe Left Posterior Flank Pain Stabbing

Hi 2 weeks ago severe left posterior flank pain stabbing in area of kidneymild onset progressing to severe, , hospital course in ED was UA Zofran and toradol, ct without contrast....diagnosis possible pyelonephritis, however, was afebrile. Levaquin iv in ED, Levaquin po started x 10 days as well as Percocet 5mg. Percocet helped pain but don't like pain med, gradually got better over 5 days, with complete pain free after 7 days, recheck at my obgyn he said definite no pylo, slight uti, that's it he also said ct scan good, pain started again yesterday but when breath very deep only currently. I do smoke and have x25 yrs. could this be lung involvement or? No cough hemoptysis or any other symptoms
