Hi. 2 Years Ago A Tree Trunk I Was Helping

Hi. 2 years ago a tree trunk I was helping to move safety slipped and hit me on the top of my head just left of the centre and level in line with my ear. I initially developed a huge lump, this however soon recieded and I've been left with a large dent where the trunk struck me. I never sought medical attention but have suffered from headaches since this incident. Do you feel I may have fractured my skull or should get a precautionary scan ?
