Hi 2008 I Had A Colloid Cyst Removed Via Right

Hi 2008 I had a colloid cyst removed via right frontal craniotomy. My last MRI was a little over a year ago a showed no signs of regrowth. For the last 3 days however I have had an intense headache, and notice my neck when I turn my head to the right is very sore and stiff. I was just wondering if should be concerned.
