Hi 26 Yr Old Male. Have Had Several Bm Over

Hi 26 yr old male. Have had several Bm over the last week with tiny specs of bright red blood along the outside of them. Very hard to see unless your really looking. Have had some anal itch from time to time over the last several months and a hemorrhoid on that outside of my anus about a month ago that went away after several days treating with cream. No pain when going to bathroom.
