Hi, 29 Days Ago I Had Miscarriage For 6 Weeks

Hi, 29 days ago I had miscarriage for 6 weeks based on my ultrasound but on my 1st day of last period should be 7 to 8 weeks. First i experience severe backpain then fever then after 2 days started spotting, complete abortion happened. Vaginal bleeding already stop after 2 weeks. Now I experence some pain on my lower abdomen and I can't walk fast, bedrest upto on now I'm doing. Doc, Is it normal until today my urination have blood? Thanks. Hope you could help me.
