Hi, 3 Days I Felt A Slight Pain In Between

Hi, 3 days I felt a slight pain in between my right butt cheek. I paid no attention to it, I thought the pain would eventually subside. The next day the pain increased, and I then touched the area and realized a bump was there. When I walk it hurts, when l lie down it hurts, and when I'm sitting on the toilet trying to wipe myself it hurts really badly. Is there anything I can do about this?
