Hi! 3 Years Ago I Was Reclining After Dental Work,

Hi! 3 years ago I was reclining after dental work, mouth still numb, ate two pieces of chocolate chips then had a horrible throat spazum! Next morning woke with a very sore Adam's apple and noticed a large lump on the right side of my Adam's apple. I couldn't yawn or swallow correctly and still can't. Also had a odd clicking noise and sensation from that area. Feels if though I can push it back but never stays:( causing me severe stress! Had a CT, no mass. Looking online I feel I had a laryngospasum and my Adam's apple turned, please help! Thanks a million,
