Hi. 3rd September Was My 1st Day Of Cycle And

Hi. 3rd September was my 1st day of cycle and according to your prescription of dr. I took clome 50 from 2nd day of cycle for 5 days..and also HMG injections on day 5,7,9. Today's follicular study of 12th day is showing MSF on left and right ovary both, ET 6.6 mm. Please suggest why is this report showing MSF.
