Hi 4 years ago I was told that what I have on my scrotum are sebaceous cysts and not to worry..but they don't show signs of going away and they are really hard.. I'm confused if it's a wart though it's very round and smooth..I was also told I suffer from eczema on my scrotum area .. pls advise if I can remove them as I find them unsightly nowadays..
