Hi, 58year old male with recently diagnosed (9-2015) non restrictive cardio myopothy sometimes when I stand up my chest feels somewhat tight and pain like it is at the bottom of esophagus . goes away if I sit or lay down . take 1 asprin and 2 tropofol a day , sometimes a tramadol for back pain. Ds
